This training covers two key areas—Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102)—ensuring learners are well-versed in hardware, networking, operating systems, software troubleshooting, security, cloud concepts, and professional IT practices. With a hands-on, scenario-based approach, participants will gain confidence to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of devices and technologies.
